As a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist, my focus is to ensure you have a safe space to share openly about relationships, career, personal values. I believe in cultivating trust and mutual respect as foundations to the therapy relationship. Whether you are looking to problem-solve a current challenge or gain a better understanding of yourself from lived experiences, you deserve a safe space to take the next steps. And I hope that, as your therapist, I can join you in this journey.
My specialities include anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem and relationship issues among other stressors. I work with individuals ages16+ with a trauma-informed approach. I utilize Brainspotting, Mindfulness, CBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing along with other modalities as needed in our sessions.
Everyone deserves a safe place to come as they are and be welcomed without judgement. I am passionate about my work with women, parents and couples. Therapy should be a place you can be authentic and share what's on your mind. Life can be a lot and, as your therapist, I hope to partner in helping you work towards the goals that matter to you.
