Did you know that what you’re doing right now is powerful? Many people crave healing, recovery, and connection yet struggle to take that first step—and here you are, doing it. That deserves to be acknowledged and celebrated.
I’m not here to tell you who you are or where you’re going. My role is to provide therapeutic guidance and hold space while you embark on (or continue) the journey of a lifetime. Whether that journey leads you through lands unknown, into the shadows of your subconscious, or down unexpected paths, I can promise this: you won’t be alone.
My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), with a deep respect for both the mind and the spirit. For some, that looks like integrating mindfulness, grounding practices, or exploring meaning and purpose. For others, it might involve weaving in spirituality—honoring intuition, energy, or the larger sense of connection that guides
your healing.
Along the way, I will gently challenge the stories and narratives that no longer serve you—always in a loving, trauma-informed way. I am committed to inclusivity and welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Wherever you are on your path, we will meet there and build from that foundation.
